A native of Maine, I was born in 1980 and lived in the small town of Vassalboro with my father and sister (my mom passed when I was only five). We lived a simple life but tried to find happiness in the small things and maintain a close family relationship. As an adult, I am an avid writer and have publications in the field of psychology, with a few chapters of a book and numerous scientific articles, from my time in graduate school at Tufts University, where I earned my PhD. Following the publication of this book, I would like to write a few more non-fiction books that focus on different themes related to my background in psychology. After that, who knows, maybe I will attempt some fiction writing; only time and circumstance will determine where things will go.
